Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Above & Beyond Automotive ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information you provide through this website. If you buy or finance a vehicle with us, you will also receive our separate privacy notice for financial information at that time.

Information we collect

• Information you give us through our forms: your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, the vehicle you are asking about, details about a vehicle you want to sell (such as VIN, mileage, condition and photos), and the configuration you are looking for.
• Credit applications are completed on a secure form hosted by our dealer management provider, DealerCenter. That information goes directly to DealerCenter and is not stored on this website.
• Basic usage information, such as the page you arrived on and the website or ad that referred you. We store this in your browser and use our website host's privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies) to understand which of our pages and ads are useful. If enabled, Google Ads may use cookies to measure ad performance.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, prepare offers and quotes, find vehicles you ask us to look for, arrange financing you request, complete your purchase, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and dealer management system, and, when you apply for financing, with lenders you ask us to work with. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How we protect it

This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Information you submit through our forms is stored in access-restricted storage that only authorized staff can view. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted through this website by contacting us using the details below. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
